Sensex Down 64.77 Points, Bank Nifty Up 71.35 Points, Nifty50 Down 27.20 Points
Sensex और Nifty आज record highs से गिरकर flat close हुए volatility के बीच, बाजार ने intraday high touch किया लेकिन अंत में profit booking और selling pressure से gains wipe out हुए, Nifty Bank ने record high 59,737 बनाते हुए slight gain दिखाया। Pharma sectors में अच्छा प्रदर्शन रहा, जबकि oil & gas, realty sectors में sell-off हुआ। Market breadth भी mixed रहा, 1945 shares up और 2023 down.
Bank of Maharashtra shares 2% गिरे govt के ~5% stake sale (OFS) की CNBC-TV18 reports पर। Current govt holding 79.6% (Sep 2025), SEBI minimum public shareholding norms comply करने के लिए reduce करना target.
FY26 में ₹2,000cr QIP/OFS plan, stake 75% नीचे लाना। 5 PSBs (BoM, UCO, IOB, Central Bank, Punjab & Sind) में minority stake sale का part। Previous QIP ने public holding 20.4% तक बढ़ाया था.
